There are two things you notice when you enter The Paper Place, firstly the wonderful aroma which emanates from the stock of pencils and secondly the warm welcome you get from the owners, Mark and Julie Simon. They have been at the helm of this long established business for nearly five years, during which time they have expanded the products and services they offer too their customers.

Mark's interest in painting and the art materials they sell and Julie's background as a secretary and knowledge of office products, are key elements to good customer service. As Mark points out "It is important to give good advice to our customers so that they can be confident in the products we are selling to them, whether it be a tube of paint or a pen".

We are a Winsor and Newton Premier Art Centre selling a very wide range of their products. From time to time Winsor and Newton offer special promotions which wherever possible we run these for our customers. However we do also offer products from other suppliers from Portfolios, craft paint, modelling clay, canvases, mount board etc. We are also able to source other art materials from other suppliers should we not have what the customer requires in stock.

From a stationery point of view we can supply anything from a single envelope to a filing cabinet (although the latter would have to be to order! The shop is too small to have this kind of item on display). So if you want a particular accounts book or an A1 drawing board - we can supply.

We are suppliers of Sheaffer, Cross, Parker, Waterman, Pilot, Pentel and Tombo Pens and Derwent Pencils.

Photocopying, laminating, pen repairs, typing, document binding, faxing, picture framing and rubber stamps made to order.
